Acceptance of terms

By visiting and using getbeep.in and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or place an order.

Products and pricing

All product descriptions, images, and pricing information on our website are provided in good faith. We make every effort to ensure accuracy, but do not guarantee that all descriptions, pricing, or availability information is error-free. We reserve the right to correct any errors.

Prices are in Indian Rupees and are subject to change without notice. The price you pay is the price displayed at checkout. If there is a pricing error and we discover it before your order ships, we will contact you to confirm whether you want to proceed at the correct price.

Order placement and confirmation

Placing an order on our website is an offer to purchase products from Beep. We reserve the right to accept or refuse any order for any reason. An order is confirmed only when we send you an order confirmation email. The confirmation email is our acceptance of your offer.

You are responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact information. We are not liable for orders delivered to incorrect addresses due to inaccurate information provided by you.

Payment

We accept payment via UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, and cash on delivery. All payment information is processed securely by third party payment providers. By providing payment details, you authorise us to process the payment on your behalf.

You are responsible for any fees charged by your bank or payment provider. We are not liable for failed transactions due to insufficient funds, incorrect details, or payment provider errors.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within one to two working days. Delivery typically takes three to six working days from dispatch. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to courier services, weather, public holidays, or local conditions.

Once your order is dispatched, we send you a tracking number. You are responsible for tracking your order. Risk of loss or damage to your order passes to you upon delivery to the address you provided.

Returns and refunds

Unused, unopened products can be returned within seven days of delivery for a refund. Please refer to our full returns policy for details. We cannot accept returns on opened or used products due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Beep is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, even if we have been informed of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the order.
