FAQ

Questions parents ask

How do I use it?

Open a bag, hold it steady, and wait a few seconds for the gel to set. Seal it, put it in a disposal bag, and bin it when you pass one. There is a step by step guide on the How to use page.

Should an adult help my child use it?

Yes. An adult should help every time and stay close while the bag is in use. Like any plastic bag, keep unused bags away from babies and young children, and never let a child play with one or put it over their head.

Is it hygienic?

Yes. Each bag is sealed before use and single use only. The gel locks the contents so nothing can spill or leak, and the disposal bags mean you are never carrying anything open.

How do I throw a used bag away safely?

Seal it, put it in one of the disposal bags from the kit, and drop it in the next bin. Do not flush the bags or leave them outdoors.

Where can I use it?

Anywhere there is no toilet. Cars, parks, flights, festivals, long queues, road trips, and days out where the nearest bathroom is a walk away.

Does it smell?

No. The gel traps odour and the seal holds it in, which is what makes it usable in a car with everyone else still inside.
