Shipping and delivery

How long does delivery take?

Most orders reach you within three to six working days of dispatch. We send from India, so delivery times depend on your location and local postal services. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

Free delivery

Delivery is free on all orders above rupees 500. This covers standard delivery anywhere in India. We currently ship to addresses in India only.

Delivery charges for smaller orders

For orders below rupees 500, a flat delivery charge of rupees 60 applies. This covers standard postal delivery to your address.

Cash on delivery

We offer cash on delivery across most of India. When you choose cash on delivery at checkout, you pay the delivery person when your package arrives. A fee of rupees 30 applies to cash on delivery orders. You can pay in cash, via UPI, or by card when the delivery person arrives.

Serviceability

We ship to most areas across India. Remote areas and certain PIN codes may have longer delivery times or may not be serviceable. During checkout, you will see if your address is serviceable and the estimated delivery date for your order.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can use this to see where your delivery is at any time.

What if I do not receive my order?

If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, contact us at hello@getbeep.in with your order number and tracking details. We will investigate with the courier and help resolve the issue.

International shipping

We do not currently ship outside India. If you need Beep in another country, reach out to us at hello@getbeep.in and we can discuss options.
